Barry A. Schoenbrun joined TOLD Partners in 2004. As a twenty-one year veteran selling and leasing industrial and commercial real estate since the early 1980’s,
Barry’s career began in the greater Los Angeles and Culver City area and moved
to the San Fernando Valley in 1996.

Barry has had the opportunity to experience both sides of the table, representing tenants and landlords in leasing and buyers and sellers in sales. His early experience in industrial properties developed into greater activity in the commercial and investment arenas over the past fifteen years. Barry has completed transactions equaling more than six million square feet in real estate.

Barry has sold land to developers, represented buyers in owner-user acquisitions, represented both buyers and sellers in the sale of investment properties and continues to be active in the leasing market.

Barry lives in Calabasas with his wife Lori and sons Nathan (17 years old) and Evan (13).
