Jeff heads up TOLD’s operations throughout the central coast of California from Santa Barbara to Paso Robles. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate. His résumé includes the marketing, sales, leasing, and management of commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, medical/dental offices, and industrial properties.

Jeff was awarded the Real Property Administrator (RPA ) designation by the Building Owners and Managers Institute International, and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and of the Society of Property Professionals.

He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and also speaks Spanish.
