Todd joined TOLD Partners to help us build our Multi-Family division. With more than 15 years of experience in real estate and 30 years of sales expertise, Todd has developed a reputation in the real estate industry as the professional you can count on. Having sold hundreds of properties since the 1990's, he was awarded the company’s prestigious International President’s Elite and International President’s Circle distinctions. His client profile has been generously balanced between multi-family and single-family transactions. He lists, sells, and transacts with principals of investment properties such as multi-family (2-4 units) or apartments (5 units or more). He has represented many Institutional and Trustee Sale sellers and investors, and brings enormous skill to the REO, Lender-Owned, Investor-Owned sales process. He has instructed and trained many an agent and broker in the process of foreclosures, probate, and investment properties as well as the bankruptcy disposition process.

Licensed by the California Department of Real Estate as a broker and by the California State Bar as an attorney, Todd is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional whose extensive and fierce negotiation and transactional experience serves his clients well. The client is at the center of the transaction and he works tirelessly toward that end. He dispatches his fiduciary obligation with sheer precision and ensures that his clients’ interests are always paramount. In an industry known for challenging business relationships, his colleagues speak highly of his skills and see him as a cooperative professional while exercising his duty of honesty, fair dealing, and good faith to all who are not represented by him.

Todd is a former deputy district attorney for the County of Los Angeles. He has also worked in sales as a top Finance and Insurance Manager for Galpin Motors and as an Organizational Manager with Thomas Nelson Publishers where he ranked #5 in sales nationally. In addition, he is experienced at a myriad of other disciplines and brings much to the many real estate transactions wherein he finds himself.

Todd, a scholarship recipient, earned his JD from Western State University College of Law and also holds a BS in Finance from Arizona State University in Tempe where he was elected Senator and published The ASU Business Student. Todd is a member of many civic and professional organizations, including the Encino Chamber of Commerce, the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles County Bar Associations, and the National, California, and Southland Regional Association of Realtors.
