Brian S. Forster of TOLD Partners Inc. has been a resident of the Conejo Valley since 1974. A graduate of Westlake High School, he later attended California State University Northridge and went on to obtain his Bachelor Degree in Real Estate and Finance.

Mr. Forster was formerly a promotional director for his own company, Forster Entertainment. He joined TOLD Real Estate Corporation in 1990, involved exclusively in office/industrial sales and leasing. Mr. Forster continues to represent such prominent developments as Woodland Hills Financial Center, a two hundred twenty-five thousand foot office development, and Warner Financial and Medical Plaza, comprised of one hundred sixty thousand square feet of office and medical space. In addition to his responsibilities at these projects, Mr. Forster has directed the leasing and/or selling for the developments listed below.

Mr. Forster was promoted to Partner in January 1994 and was recognized for his success in 1993, 1994, and 1995 as the Agent of the Year for TOLD Partners Inc.
