Brennan Maley

Mr. Maley has been with TOLD Partners, Inc. since 1999. In that time he has leased or sold properties in excess of 6,000,000 square feet representing local, regional, and national companies. He achieved Partner status by initiating a weekly training program for new associates and reaching his sales goals in less than 3 years. Taking a hiatus from TOLD, he served as Director of Real Estate-West for Harbor Freight Tools from 2008-2011 where he was responsible for site location and demographic analysis, lease negotiation of 15 stores totaling 150,000 square feet and negotiating over $2,500,000 in rent concessions at 50 store locations. In February 2021, he was contracted by his client Dansk Investment Group to help manage all aspects of a $700,000,000 portfolio consisting of multi-family, retail, office, public storage, airport hangars, gas stations and industrial properties. With over 22 years in this business, Brennan has acquired all of the necessary skills to advise, consult, manage and negotiate on your behalf. His passion to help his clients win are keys to his success. Mr. Maley was a college baseball player at Creighton University (BSBA Marketing-1992) and played professional hockey for the Utica Devils. Brennan lives in Chatsworth Lake Manor with his wife Maja and dog Gypsy. He has 2 daughters Nola (20) a student at SFSU and Fiona (18) a student at U of A. He enjoys, surfing, hiking and binge-watching just about every series on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO.
